Placing orders for objects, ornaments and decorations
To place an order from the catalogue, send us an
e-mail including:
- what item you want to purchase (in case there are some, specify size, color, etc.)
- the invoice data (for private people out of Italy, just complete name and address)
- the address for delivery (if it's different from the invoice data)
- the method of payment and shipping that you want to use
To commission a new item send us an
e-mail
with a detailed description of what you want us to create.
We'll talk with you, in person or via e-mail, the characteristics of your project, the schedule, the methods of payment and those of delivery.
We'll send you an estimate: if you agree with it, for expensive projects we'll ask for a part of the payment in advance before we start to work. From there on, the order will be like one from the catalogue.
Accepted payment methods
- Paypal: valid worldwide, you need to have a Paypal account (it's free) and a credit card, unless you've money on your Paypal account. It charges a minimal fee.
- Credit transfer: valid for Italy and the countries of the euro area (elsewhere the change of currency makes it's very expensive for small amounts of money), you need to have a bank account and the cost of the transfer depends on the bank.
- Postepay recharge: valid for Italy only, you don't need anything if you do the recharge from a post office, you need a charged Postepay-card to do the recharge via internet. It always costs only 1 €.
- Money order: valid for Italy and some* other countries (others stopped money orders according to anti-terrorism laws), the money is sent from a post office; in Italy it costs 5 € elsewhere it depends on the country.
- C.O.D. (cash on delivery): valid for Italy only, easy because you get your purchase at home, but expensive; payment must be given to the postman. If you're not home, you'll get a notification and you'll have some days to withdraw the package by the post office.
*= Countries that allow normal international money orders:
Algeria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Cape Verde, China (Mainland and Rep. of China),
Côte d'Ivoire, Czech Rep., Cyprus, Egypt, Ghana, Guinea, Lesotho (by South Africa),
Mauritius Islands, Latvia, Malta, South Korea.
Countries that allow the "eurogiro" kind of money orders:
Albania, Austria, Croatia, Eire, France, Germany, Iceland, Japan, Luxembourg, Morocco, Portugal,
Serbia, Slovakia, Spain (including Andorra), Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey.
