Placing orders for masks and prosthetics
To place an order from the catalogue, send us an
e-mail including:
- what item you want to purchase (including number, color, etc.)
- the invoice data (for private people out of Italy, complete name and address*)
- the address for delivery (if it's different from the invoice data)
- the method of payment and shipping that you want to use
(* = If you choose a fast delivery service, please add a phone number too)

us and describe what you want.
We'll talk with you, in person or via e-mail, the characteristics of your project, the schedule, the methods of payment and those of delivery.
We'll send you an estimate: if you agree with it, for expensive projects we'll ask for a part of the payment in advance before we start to work. From there on, the order will be like one from the catalogue.
Accepted payment methods
- Paypal: valid worldwide, you need to have a Paypal account (it's free) and a credit card, unless you've money on your Paypal account. It charges a minimal fee.
- Wire transfer: especially valid for Italy and the countries of the euro area (elsewhere the change of currency makes it's very expensive for small amounts of money), you need to have a bank account and the cost of the transfer depends on your bank.
